The main goal of the enterprise in the field of labor protection is to improve working conditions and reduce industrial injuries. As part of achieving this goal, the Company develops and implements targeted programs for the protection of labor and health of employees, introduces advanced technologies that contribute to the prevention of industrial injuries, explosive and emergency situations, and systematically monitors the technical condition of production facilities.
SUBSTANTIVE DIRECTION
- providing employees with certified overalls, footwear and other PPE in accordance with the types of work performed, in accordance with the requirements of legislation and corporate standards;
- Organization of training of employees on labor protection, industrial, fire, environmental safety, actions in case of accidents and emergencies;
- Conducting primary and periodic medical examinations, mandatory psychiatric examinations of the Company's employees;
- Organization of medical care at production facilities;
- Conducting a special assessment of working conditions to identify harmful and (or) dangerous production factors of the production environment and the labor process and assess the level of their impact on the employees of the enterprise;
- Measures to improve working conditions based on the results of the SOUT
- Control over compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards at workplaces and in industrial and amenity premises;
- Automation and computerization of production equipment and workplaces;
- Equipping production facilities with small-scale mechanization and modern power tools to reduce the share of manual labor.
